California Gift Show July 16-19 , 2010

Hi Guys!

It`s almost rainy season here in Japan and it`s already humid!
I miss the summer weather already! ^^

From July 16- 19, we will have a booth @ the California Gift Show!

Our Show @ Osaka and a word from our New Staff Member!

Hi Everyone!

This past week we held our show for our 2010 Fall and Winter line at our main Office in Osaka.

Another great turnout for our show and the costumers gave us great feed back!

Now we can understand whats really a hot item in Osaka and Tokyo. From then on we can narrow down which bags we can start production with.Also the great feed back allows us to come up with great ideas for our next items.

Here`s a word from our New Staff Member!

Hi guys! My names Matthew Vandenworm and I`m new here at Carrot Company! On behalf of the US Branch, I would like to thank Shachou (Boss) Yoshida-san for giving me this opportunity of a life time to learn the business out here in Osaka, Japan.

Carrot Company has opened up their arms and embraced me with their warm hearts. Probably the nicest employees and people in general I have ever worked with. Great personalities and GREAT work ethics! I will be learning allot for 3 months and will bring back every good thing that they will teach me!

Learning the ways of the Samurai! But in handbags!

I will continue to work hard and make this a Global company starting with the U.S.! As they say, Ganbarimasu! Which means I will do my best!

Our show @ TOKYO and New Staff coming!

Hi Guys!

This past week we held our show for our 2010 Fall and Winter line at our Tokyo office.

The turnout was alot better then I expected.
We got alot of interest and alot of ideas for our next line!

Next week we are having the same show but at our Osaka office!
I hope thats as successful as our Tokyo show!






Some other great news, from this past monday a new staff member joined us in our Osaka head office.
He's from LA and is our only US staff member.
He is half Japanese, quarter Dutch, and a quarter Indonesian.
We are able to communicate in both Japanese and in English.

He will be with us until August in Japan, then after he will take his experience here and work in the US.

I hope he enjoys his stay here and can fully experience Japan!
Next week he will write and update the blog.
I`m sure he will share his experience and his life here in Japan. Until then!

Promotional Film for MAGIC

Now, it's the consecutive 5 holidays called Golden week in Japan!
The whether is fine and calm, perfect for holiday!

The news below is a little old,but the content is interesting.
3 month ago, one of our staff in planning division made a promotional film for our item, U-70173, for trade shows.



He made this film from the photos to music.
This cute model is our youngest staff!!
He made another film too, so I'll introduce it here soon.

From May 6, most of Japanese will start their work again.
Me too... so I enjoy the holiday as much as I can do!
